OVERSIZE/OVERWEIGHT PERMITS
If a commercial vehicle is over the legal size or weight allowed by law, then it needs a special permit in order to travel legally.
A permit is necessary when:
Overall height exceeds 13'6″
The load's width exceeds 8'6″
Overall length exceeds 70′
Gross weight exceeds 80,000 pounds

Superload Permits
